Asking for help and trusting someone when you’re hurting can be really hard.  Whether you’ve been in therapy before and didn’t get the results you’d hoped for, or you’re new to the process altogether, my job is to warmly meet you where you are, without judgment, and help you find a way feel better.  If you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, meeting the challenges of a relationship or parenting, you don’t have to go it alone. Psychotherapy isn’t just about exploring or gaining insight into your past, although that’s important. Good psychotherapy should give you new tools to cope better here and now, and give you strength and resilience for the future.
